These thermoform tiles are made from UV Stabilized .013" thick vinyl plastic. They are designed to provide all the functionality of conventional drop ceiling tiles at a fraction of the weight. The feather-light construction makes them a breeze to install, easy to clean, stain resistant, water resistant, dust free, and eco friendly! Installation is fast and couldn't be any easier.
Designed to fit all standard 15/16" T-Bar Ceiling Systems. Will not fit in a 9/16" grid, please measure the visible width of your grid.
Not recommended for direct mount installation
Most of the thermoform ceiling tiles come in two sizes, 2'x2' and 2'x4', but if you have a 2x4 grid ceiling and would prefer the look of the 2x2 ceiling tiles, simply insert a 2' center T bar available online or at most local hardware stores...it's easy!

ProLite ceiling tiles bearing this mark are UL tested and approved drop-out ceiling panels that can be installed beneath fire sprinklers. The Polyline Grid Tile is an attractive linear design that will set your space apart from the status quo. Being that it is Class A Fire rated, it is an excellent choice for most businesses and homes. We are also proud to say that it is made in the USA.
Things to Consider:
The Polyline tile is not suitable for use as a direct mount tile, since it is not flat on the back.
It is more than likely that your room has partial tiles on the perimeter. Not to worry- The Polyline lays nice and flat in the grid when cut to any size. Since the design recesses only .30", there is no unsightly gap that will show.
While only .013" thick, the embossed design gives it the rigidity and structure needed to support itself in the grid without sagging. To avoid the risk of sagging, we discourage placing any weight directly on the tile, with the exception of our Soniguard insulation; it has been tested and approved for this purpose as an alternative to traditional insulation. If you would like to keep your existing acoustical tile in the grid for insulation or sound barrier purposes, we recommend that you place it above the framework so that it is not putting any weight on the Polyline.

At ProCeilingTiles.com, we know that projects take a while, and sometimes plans change. That's why, in most cases, we give our customers a 90 day grace period to return products. The products must be unused/new and in their original boxes.
We are unable to replace items have been modified or installed, so please review all the contents of your shipment for damage and to verify that the items received are correct. Damaged items, or items shipped in error, that are not modified will be replaced promptly.
Unqualified Products
Custom products do not qualify for a refund if returned. Custom products include, but are not limited to, the Imagination Series and Custom Tile categories.
Partial Returns of Items with Quantity Discounts
In the event that a ProCeilingTiles.com order qualified for and received a quantity discount, special consideration must be taken when accepting a partial return of the specific product that qualified for the quantity discount. If a customer's request to return a specific amount of product breaks the initial quantity required to qualify for a discount, it is possible that the customer will not receive a refund for the returned items to ProCeilingTiles.com. This is because we have extended a generous discount for a bulk buy, which may no longer applicable if a portion of the product is returned.
A refund involving an order that included a quantity discount can be examined in the following example:
Bill purchased 400 of a particular ceiling tile which cost $ 4.25 per tile (a $ 0.74/tile discount when purchasing 400 or more). His order also qualified for free shipping and he was not subject to sales tax. The order total was $ 1700.00.
After Bill finished his project, he decided that he did not need 30 of his tiles, and he wishes to return them. We must treat Bill's order as if he originally purchased 370 ceiling tiles, which means he would have not qualified for the $ 0.74 per tile quantity discount. If Bill had only purchased 370 tiles, the tiles would have cost $ 4.99 per tile and his order total would have been $ 1846.30.
In this particular case, Bill's new order total ($ 1,846.30) would actually be more than what he originally paid ($ 1,700.00). While we wouldn't charge Bill the difference when returning the tiles, we also would not be able to provide any refund. It would be better for Bill to keep the tiles and save on the return shipping.
When and how will a customer be refunded?
If products are returned within 90 days of the purchase, the customer's credit card will be refunded electronically. If products are returned toward the end of the 90 day period, and the refund does not take effect within 90 days of the purchase date, the refund will be issued by check and sent by USPS. Returns may take up to 2 weeks to be processed.
Packaging Items for their Return
Please be careful when packaging items for returns. You will be responsible for damage incured during shipping, so please package the items accordingly. Retain the paper work that the shipping company gives you, especially the tracking number. Remember, you will be responsible for the items until we receive them.

Very nice...easy to install...gives a clean look. Two things someone might want to be aware of. 1.) When the door to the room closes, the tiles are light weight enough that the air pressure from the door closing causes them to flop and make some noise. 2.) In our office we have a tile floor. These ceiling tiles (as opposed to std. tiles) result in a bit louder room noise. I think carpeted floors would eliminate this. Neither of these are big issues, and they are not a problem with the tiles, but I thought a prospective buyer might like to know.

Gives the room a clean and kept appearance. Used in addition to current foam ceiling tiles to give more soundproofing. The weight from the current ceiling tiles on top of the polyline ceiling tile keeps everything in place while doors are opened and closed. Overall, a great product!!!
Traditional recycled paper and glue "office-style" lay-in panels were too susceptible to moisture and began to sag so I replaced them with these - turned out pretty sweet and sure brightned up the shop!
I received my ceiling tiles I three boxes, they were packaged very well. No damage. I install the tiles in two nights after work. The tiles are very easy to cut and install. The ceiling looks great! I would purchase the tiles again. Pete F.
